Chi-Power Golf is a training programme put together in the same way you would learn a martial art - with the basics first. (If you think you’ve already got the basics of your game wrapped up, just remember the great Jack Nicklaus revisited his own coach at the beginning of every year to review the fundamentals of his game, even down to the grip and address posture).
You will learn about stance keeping (Zhan Zhuang) for enhancing correct body posture, grounding and alignment, how to breathe deeply for energy and focus (Chi Kung), how to generate whole-body power and move from your centre of gravity (T'an tien), plus how to calm your emotions and still your mind using simple meditation techniques (Zen).
This will help you:
