Our training methods


Personal tuition

Whatever aspect of your golf you're currently working on, chi-power GOLF will help you develop your game in its entirety - not just piece-meal as most golf instruction does - as you will learn to master your mind~body connection.

Personal tuition is one of the best ways to make significant improvements. Each training session consists of easy to learn T'ai Chi based exercises to help you relax mentally and reduce self-interference. Plus you will learn postural and movement exercises to help you develop more awareness of your body and start to uncover those blind-spots you've been having, so you can begin to learn and improve in a way that encourages freedom and confidence in your game.

The learning is then taken onto the driving range, putting green or indeed playing a few holes, where you will learn to bridge the gap between your practise and playing and maintain a sense of excitement and wonder at the possibilities of your own game.

Here's how the sessions are structured:

Option A

What's included?

  • One hour personal tuition session with Jayne Storey
  • After-session Personal Training Report, sent via email
  • 1 x 20 minute coaching session on the phone and 1 x follow-up email
  • The option to receive further coaching at reduced rates

Option B

What's included?

  • Two hour personal tuition session with Jayne Storey
  • After-session Personal Training Report, sent via email
  • 2 x 20 minute coaching sessions on the phone and 2 x follow-up emails
  • The option to receive further coaching at reduced rates

You may also book a Personal Tuition session for any length of time that suits you, for instance an afternoon or a full day.

How many sessions do you need?

The best results have been gained by clients who have had at least 6 sessions, taken over the course of 12 – 18 months.

Living overseas?

If you are not based in the UK and would like to have personal tuition with Jayne Storey, this can be arranged. Jayne travels internationally to provide coaching for her clients and can also give tuition via telephone consultations and emails. Please get in touch for more information.

Not a golfer?

No problem! Based on the timeless art of T'ai Chi, chi-power GOLF principles can help every athlete develop better mental game and biomechanical performance, particularly under the pressure of competition.
