Workshop Content

Our talks and workshops are for all coaches and players looking to improve, refine and advance their understanding of correct posture, balance and power and discover why Chi-Power Golf is being hailed as the missing link in mental game training.

In the Eastern energy arts (Chi Kung, Meditation, T’ai Chi), the mind and body are one reality; therefore in Chi-Power Golf we seek to train a positive and relaxed mental state while training good body structure and efficient biomechanics, rather than relying on positive self-talk or re-framing thoughts in our mind.

Looking at the ‘inner game’ model, Chi-Power Golf trains excellence in performance by ‘reducing mental interference’ and producing a strong and grounded ‘bodymind’, capable of releasing effortless power.

Workshop objectives:

  • Promote good body structure
  • Enhance understanding of athletic alignment
  • Re-unite the mind and body and learn to relax mentally
  • Discover the seat of your internal power (the t’an tien/centre of gravity)
  • Learn to generate force from the ground and increase club-head speed
